THE BOOKING
The booking will be confirmed after prepay the percentage required in this process book online (25%) and sending by email of receipt of such transfer within 24h to booking request to reserve @ grandarties.com If you do not receive proof of payment the reservation shall be deemed not made.
The reservation is considered guaranteed at the time paid the remaining amount of the reservation and after sending the receipt to reservas@grandarties.com seven days before arrival, or should subtract within less time in the same time of the transfer for the total reservation.
Any outstanding amount, by modification of booking a posteriori, or by the inclusion of any extra services indicated in the observation of the reservation will be paid upon arrival at the house at the time of check-in.
The price shown on our website always include: taxes and VAT, excluding city tax payable on delivery of keys on arrival.
The indicated price already includes all type of offers, discounts and supplements occasionally or timely manner may apply to your booking.
Price does not include any services not further specified extras such as extra cleaning, firewood, cribs, etc … Also, there will be an additional charge of 50 € for those arrivals after 21: 00h.
BOND
The Deposit shall be paid in cash upon delivery of keys and will be refunded in cash on departure of the apartment after reviewing it and check its status.
INPUT AND OUTPUT
The day before the entry into the dwelling must contact with a phone number to report the estimated time of arrival. Unless significant delay or change in arrival time, you will not need to contact again with the phone number. Once you get to the house, the contact person will be waiting at the place and time agreed with her. This person will give you some basic instructions general operation of housing. Check out time is 11:00.

NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS
The maximum occupancy can never exceed the maximum of persons indicated for the house. Is strictly forbidden to occupy an apartment for more than the stated number when booking people.
Prohibitions
Pets are not allowed, except after consultation and depending on the type of pet in question.
No parties or harmful and / or nuisance to neighboring activities are allowed.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartments, except on balconies and terraces.
In case of default may require the immediate abandonment of the house and termination of the contract, the customer can claim compensation or compensation of any kind, loss reserves and already paid the deposit.
CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS
All cancellations or changes must be made in writing via email to reservas@grandarties.com. Cancellations or changes by phone are not accepted.
No change will be penalized as long as you contact a minimum of one month. Otherwise, apply the cancellation conditions set forth below. The changes will be accepted only if allowed by the availability of the house.
If the customer changes the dates of a reservation, it will be understood as a new booking and cancellation policies apply.
If due to force majeure (accidents, floods, fires, etc.) the house is not available, we will proceed to a full refund of booking.
Cancellations that occur with less than 45 days prior forfeit the reservation deposit made in any case and without exception. For cancellations made more than 45 days before the booking amount will be refunded less € 50 for expenses incurred management and booking.
