Grand Artíes house is located at 1,143 m altitude in the beautiful and bustling village of Arties, at only 7 km from the Baqueira Beret ski resort, and at the same distance from the capital of Naut Aran, Vielha.
Grand Artíes is a modern townhouse built on four floors with separate entrance where you can enjoy the fantastic views over the Garonne River and the Montarto.
Purely Aranese style with stone facade and warm wood interiors, it is ideal for a family or group of friends who want to enjoy their holidays in Valle de Aran at any season of the year.
On the main floor there’s a wide and open zone, with a living room and a Kitchenette. The living room, placed in front of a large window with wonderful views over the river and the village, has two confortable sofas, a beautiful fireplace and a large flat screen TV. At the opposite end there’s the dinning area and next to this, a modern fully equipped kitchen with high quality appliances.This large space stands out for being full of natural light coming through the living room window and from the French style window next to the kitchen
On the ground floor of the house, where you can access from the street, there is a bedroom and a bathroom, which is convenient for those groups who want to enjoy moments of independence during the holidays.
On the top floor of Grand Arties, there’s the main bedroom with a bathroom and a large Jacuzzi. On this floor there is a second bedroom and fully equipped bathroom.
On the top floor of the house, we found the attic, also with bathroom and wonderful views over the beautiful Arties slate roofs.
Grand Artíes house is located in a quiet area of town. Near the house are all kinds of shops: bank, pharmacy and bars and restaurants.
Besides Grand Artíes there’s a private parking, located in the same dwelling and separate entrance.
